The Medical Cosmetic Service is a medically-led and owned practice. Dr Duncan provides all the medical aesthetic injectable treatments, which allows you to be treated by the same person on every occasion, allowing you to build up a rapport with your cosmetic Doctor.
We are a small clinic who can get to know you and give you continuity of treatment because we are not one of those large high street brands. You will get confidentiality, but will not feel anonymous with us.
Thats why we have a very high rate of returning clients.

With clinics at the Seven Fields Dental & Health Centre, Swindon, Wiltshire and in Frampton-on-Severn, Gloucestershire, Dr Duncan is one of the most experienced female cosmetic doctors in the south west.
Trained in Harley Street, Dr Duncan aims to offer a similar experience to the Wiltshire area; the luxurious Swindon clinic, complete with chandeliers and comfortable leather sofas certainly gives that Harley Street feeling.
The Frampton-on-Severn clinic is a small, purpose built annexe at the side of the house. It is set in a beautiful Gloucestershire village so that if you are travelling from afar, you can make a day of it.

Dr Alison Duncan MB ChB MRCGPDr. Alison Duncan qualified at the University of Liverpool Medical School in 1983. She has worked as an NHS consultant specialising in pain and symptom control.
Initial training in cosmetic medicine was undertaken with Dr. David Dean and Dr. John Evans at The Ascot Cosmetic Skin Clinic. She has had the opportunity to train in advanced cosmetic medicine under Dr. Elisabeth Dancy, Dr. Lucy Glancey and Dr. Cecilia Tregear, internationally renowned practitioners and trainers, based in London.
She has also trained in Toronto on the Aptos Threadlift technique under Dr. Gustavo Leibaschoff. She has attended a further two courses on the threadlift technique in the U.K.
Debra Robson-Lawrence, Harley Street, innovator of the FAME® technique in semi-permanent make-up, has also trained Dr. Duncan in this field of cosmetic medicine.
Dr. Duncan believes that a patient should have the opportunity to discuss any queries and expectations in a relaxed and unhurried manner. The wide variety of treatments available can be explained in relation to the individual's requirements and tailored accordingly. Pain relief will always be offered for any potentially uncomfortable procedure; patients should not expect to endure painful procedures in order to enhance their looks.
Confidentiality and discretion are key factors in both clinics at Frampton on Severn and Swindon, where free car parking is adjacent to the clinic.
Dr. Duncan is a member of the British Medical Association and the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors. As she is registered with the General Medical Council, any injection treatments performed in her clinics will not disallow clients from continuing to be blood donors.

Stephanie Drewett - Aesthetic TherapistStephanie, one of our Aesthetic Therapists, works at our clinic at Seven Fields in Swindon every Tuesday. She is fully trained in all IPL treatments, including hair removal, skin tightening with infra-red light, vascular thread veins red complexion, pigmentation, age spots, sun damage and thread veins. She also offers Accent body treatments.
She is also qualified in the beauty industry, holding NVQ 2 and 3 in beauty therapy and offers the following treatments at her salon: Beauty Boutique - Beauty, slimming, tanning and nail specialist.

Andrea Price - Aesthetic Therapist ITEC, IHBC, BABTAC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, IHHT, C&GAndrea, one of our Aesthetic Therapists, works at our clinic in Frampton-on-Severn every Monday. She is fully trained in all IPL treatments, including hair removal, vascular thread veins red complexion, pigmentation, age spots, sun damage and thread veins. She also offers Accent body treatments. She is also a qualified beauty therapist with over 16 years experience. Has also completed a teaching qualification C7307, and taught NVQ level 3 at Hereford College of Technology and has been a part-time ITEC examiner.
