Treatments include:
Reflexology
Reflexology based on the discovery that there are points on the feet and hands which correspond to organs, systems and structures within the body. The therapy balances the body energy by applying pressure to points on the foot, leaving you feeling relaxed, with a good sense of well-being.
Hot Stone Therapy
Stone Therapy is a rejuvenating form of massage, during which hot and cold stones are used on the body to help alleviate aches and pains. Hot stones transfer heat to aching muscles and when combined with cool stones on the body, help to stimulate blood flow and lymph drainage.
As a form of massage, it is said to release blocked energies, enabling people who are stressed or tense to rebalance mind and body.
Electrolysis
Electrolysis is a form of hair removal that permanently removes unwanted facial hair from the root where the matrix is. The matrix is where the hair gets its oxygen and food. The procedure is simple. A small thin hair like metal probe is slid into the hair follicle and a tiny amount of electricity is delivered to the follicle through the probe, which causes localized damage to the matrix which causes the hair to be distraught.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage works on the energy of chakras and is a great way of relieving stress and its effects on the body such as neck and shoulders.Tension is relieved through relaxation of the muscles and improved circulation to the brain helps to clear the mind and improve hair and scalp conditions. The massage does not require removal of clothing and can be performed with or without oils.
Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is blended with a carrier oil to create a mixture that can be used directly on the body. Each essential oil has different properties; some calm, while others energise.
